Because our apparel is custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us at bmddconsulting@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will get it sorted out immediately!
